Alpha, beta and gamma..

I just completed a short write up on species richness, evenness, diversity, measuring biological diversity and species abundance distributions (SADs). It is something many of us come across or may be learned before but when I try to put this into my own words, it's not easy especially on SADs. SADs is a concept that actually not being fully explored in biology/ecology. The recent paper by McGill et al (2007) is really great... They discuss a lot on SADs..
Now, about alpha, beta and gamma.. I heard it before, read about it before dan dah ajar pasal nih.. Tapi, masih banyak kena baca.. Bagus gak ler.. R&R.. "Refresh and refurbish.." Err.. "refurbish"??? Ko ingat ko dah cukup ilmu..??? Tambah lagi ilmu yang ko rasa ko ada tu.. Tak cukup... Just not enough.. FAHAM..???
