The New Year..

Today is January 19, 2008 (10 Muharam, 1429). I wasn't really celebrating the new year because of so many things which supposed to be completed in 2007, are still pending.. So many things still on my 'in tray' and 'out tray' always empty! And this year, it's begin with a sad note..! I'd lost my youngest (only!) brother, Shaharudin Ahmad (1980- 1st Jan, 2008) at the age of 27 in an accident. He is the second to leave the family after his elder brother, Hishamudin Ahmad who past away at the age of 6 before he was born! Both of them will be missed dearly! Al-Fatihah.
I was away to accompany my lovely wife and kids to Dundee, Scotland for almost a month from Dec. 6, 07 to Jan 2, 08. Well, the trip was good - really an eyes opening to me! I visited Univ. of St. Andrews during my stay at Dundee. It was great! I can't wait to be back.. Scotland, Dundee per se is a great place to live, and study. The place is peaceful, rather quite and 'cool' for a student!

I hope to come back in Feb 2008..
